Jack White owns a special bowling ball for Bob Dylan

Jack White owns a bowling ball dedicated to Bob Dylan.
The 41-year-old musician – who is best known as the lead singer of the White Stripes – has a private bowling alley in his house in Nashville, Tennessee, which boasts a rack of balls for his friends, including one that features an image of John Wayne and is only used by Dylan.
In fact, Jack’s property is home to a number of rare items, including James Brown’s driving license from the 80s and a copy of Action Comics No. 1 from 1938, which features Superman’s first appearance.
Another of the eye-catching items found in Jack’s home is the first demo recording of Elvis Presley, which dates back to 1953 and is rumoured to have cost the musician as much as $300,000 to buy at an auction.
But Jack has defended his unusual spending habits, revealing he’d rather use his wealth to acquire rare, culturally significant items than splash out on an expensive car or invest in a business.
He told The New Yorker magazine: "If I’m going to invest in something, it has to have meaning to me, something that has historical value and can be passed on.
"If I buy Elvis’ first record, and we are able to digitise it and release it, and people can own it, or I can preserve this comic book, it is cooler than buying some Ferrari or investing in British Petroleum."
Jack admitted to being disinterested in following convention, regardless of whether he’s making music or going about his day-to-day life.
He shared: "I always have my own rules, and I can bend them if I want. I can see the confines I’m working in, but nobody else knows I’m doing it."
