Jack P Shepherd launching party planning business

Jack P Shepherd is launching a party-planning business with his ‘Coronation Street’ co-stars.
The 30-year-old actor – who plays David Platt in the ITV soap – is working on the new business with Alan Halsall and Colson Smith, who star as Tyrone Dobbs and Craig Tinker.
A source told The Daily Star: "Jack is hoping to make a go of this.
"All of the Corrie cast are behind the new venture 100 per cent."
Meanwhile, Jack recently revealed that a ‘Coronation Street’ superfan once left him £5,000 in his will.
The star was gifted the sum by a New Zealand-based supporter of the ITV soap after the fan passed away.
When asked on his Instagram Stories what the kindest thing a fan has ever done for him is, he said: "Gave me five grand in their will. From New Zealand, a fan. Died, and gave me 10 per cent of his estate, which was five grand. So cheers."
Jack has starred in the soap since 2000 and previously admitted he cannot imagine leaving the show because he has too much fun "messing around" with his co-stars.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, he said: "Someone came up to me over the weekend and said, ‘Oh would you ever branch out and do other things?’
"And I said, ‘No,’ because I get to d**k around, I get to just p**s around a bit, take the p**s.
"It’s fun, and every now and again we’ll do a bit of acting, you know what I mean? Then we’ll just mess around for a bit longer in the green room."
