Sarah Ferguson is "passionate about women in business".
The former wife of Britain’s Prince Andrew is in Australia to give a talk at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, where her sister is a director of alumni corporate relations, and her publicist revealed that she has undertaken the trip to help inspire other women.
He told the Sydney Morning Herald: "While all her expenses are being covered, she is not being paid any appearance fees and she is not promoting any products… she is here because she is passionate about women in business and helping to inspire women to do better though education.
"She is in a really great place, she is looking fantastic and really excited to be here again."
According to the Daily Mail, Sarah, 56, will also host a tea with radio personality Alan Jones and attend a cocktail party at the home of property developer John Boyd.
And a visit to St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst has also been arranged.
It has been 13 years since Sarah last visited Australia.
