Iasha Masood blasts other Apprentice candidates

Iasha Masood has blasted her fellow candidates on ‘The Apprentice’ – comparing their approach to those of "cage fighters".
Iasha became the sixth candidate to be fired by Lord Sugar in Wednesday’s (06.11.19) episode and found the process a far cry from her beauty business.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Iasha said: "I come from a background where people work together to resolve issues. It’s a completely different world in The Apprentice process, the people act like cage fighters."
The 27-year-old businesswoman, who hails from Manchester, reserved criticism for Thomas Skinner, 28, who she described as "brash" and "aggressive".
Iasha said: "I’ve never come across someone like Thomas. He’s brash, he’s aggressive. Saying that, he’s so entertaining and charming to watch. I love watching him on TV, but I don’t see him as Lord Sugar’s business partner."
The beauty company owner believed that her firing was unfair and feels that her track record on the process, which included breaking an ‘Apprentice’ sales record in a previous episode, should have been enough to keep her in the competition.
She explained: "I don’t think my firing was justified at all.
There were weaker candidates in that boardroom. I deserved to be in that process longer. I had a great track record, I saved the team in the toys task and broke the record for sales in the bike task."
Iasha also revealed that she struggled to adapt to the candidates’ house because she is used to living alone.
She said: "It was tough for me being in the house because I live alone. I was thrown into a noisy house with big personalities and you’re not allowed to spend any time on your own."
Iasha added that despite missing out on Lord Sugar’s investment, she had managed to launch her business, Insu Beauty, and had received support from Claude Littner.
She explained: "I’ve launched my business after I was fired. Claude has been really supportive and even retweeted about that business."
Iasha also tipped Scarlett Allen-Horton, 32, to become Lord Sugar’s business partner because she is "level-headed" and "the strongest candidate".
