Honey G has ‘amazing single’ ready to release

Honey G is to release her first single since being eliminated from ‘The X Factor’.
The controversial rapper, who was mentored by Sharon Osbourne, was booted off the ITV talent show on Sunday night (27.11.16) after she found herself in a sing-off with 5 After Midnight, but has revealed the show’s songwriters have already penned a track for her.
Speaking to co-hosts Rylan Clark-Neal and Matt Edmondson on ‘The Xtra Factor’, she said: "I literally cannot wait to perform.
"I know that they’ve written an amazing single, ‘The X Factor’ team have written a really amazing single so I hope I’ll be performing that."
Honey – whose real name is Anna Gilford – also has her heart set on inking a deal with ‘X Factor’ boss Simon Cowell’s label Syco as she believes the 57-year-old music mogul sees a future for her as a rap star.
She said: "I’d really, really like to get a record deal with Simon Cowell, I have my heart set on that.
"I know I can sell records and I’ve got the potential to go far as a rap artist. Simon’s standing right there."
However, Simon was adamant that there are no talks of record deals until the end of the competition.
He said: "We don’t make any decisions until after the show."
Sharon chose to save Honey G, however, Louis Walsh, Nicole Scherzinger and Simon all agreed it was time for her to leave the show.
Louis implored Nicole to save his act 5 After Midnight, by saying "Come on Nicole, it’s a talent show."
And Nicole responded by telling Honey G, "You have earned by respect, you are a fighter but unfortunately, the act I am voting to send home is Honey G."
Simon added: "Honey I didn’t think you were right for this competition at the start but you’ve got guts. You’ve soldiered on.
"However, I have to do what the public would expect me to do in a situation like this.
"One of the acts has gone as far as they can go now and the act I am going to save is the act I believe can turn this around, so the act I am sending home is Honey G."
Now, Matt Terry, Saara Aalto, 5 After Midnight and Emily Middlemas will battle it out to be crowned the winner of ‘The X Factor’ 2016.
