Holly Willoughby’s son suffers ‘nasty cut’

Holly Willoughby was forced to miss ‘This Morning’ today (18.04.16) after her son suffered a "nasty cut" on his head.
The TV presenter was unable to take her usual place as co-host of the daytime show alongside Phillip Schofield after her 17-month-old son Chester injured himself, but after taking him to the hospital the blonde beauty revealed the youngster was "just fine" and very brave.
In a message accompanying a picture of the little one in a hospital gown, she wrote on Instagram: "Thank you for all the lovely kind messages… Chester is just fine and was definitely the bravest out of all of us… He received brilliant care from everyone at the #Chelseaandwestminster hospital, makes you realise again how lucky we are to have such a wonderful #nhs also huge thanks to @ruthlangsford for coming to the rescue and @itvthismorning for being so understanding as always!!! Xxx (sic)"
At the beginning of the show Phillip revealed occasional ‘This Morning’ co-presenter Ruth Langsford had stepped in for Holly – who also has son Harry, six, and five-year-old daughter Belle with husband Dan Baldwin – so she could be with Chester.
He told viewers: "Ruth’s standing in today … Before we go any further he is alright. Chester her youngest son, yesterday afternoon fell over and banged his head.
"He’s got a very nasty cut on his head. They dressed it overnight and today he needs to go back into hospital to get stitches so that’s where Holly is. He is absolutely fine, he was playing afterwards but it’s a nasty cut."
Ruth added: "So she obviously wants to be with him today and it’s where she should be. We hope it goes well."
