Holly Hagan will always diet

Holly Hagan will always struggle with her weight if she wants to do her job "properly".
The ‘Geordie Shore’ star – who was a size 16 when she joined the boozy programme five years ago – has seen her size fluctuate between a size 8 and a 12 but "accepts" she will constantly be dieting all the time she’s on the show.
She said: "If I want to do my job properly, go out drinking and entertain, I am going to put on weight and then I’ll lose it afterwards. While I’m on the show, I’ll continuously be on a diet. I accept that."
Holly always finds the time to fit in some exercise, but only in short bursts because she is a "lazy b***h".
She said: "I work out four or five times a week. If I’m in a hotel, I’ll set up a little circuit – 30 seconds of plank, 30 squats, 30 sit-ups, 30 lunges – and repeated three to five times. Just quick bursts because I’m a lazy b***h".
Though she is inspired to stay slim by her ‘Geordie Shore’ co-stars, Holly insists they are not competitive over diets.
She told heat magazine: "[When I joined the show] I was surrounded by other girls who were eating healthily.
"Charlotte [Crosby] was skinny as a rake, Vicky [Pattison] was also really slim and a lot smaller than me. Of course I was inspired to lose weight. When we’re doing our diets and exercise, we feel the pressure to look good, but not pressure to compete against each other."
