Helen George is reportedly dating her ‘Call The Midwife’ co-star.
The 31-year-old actress – who split from Oliver Boot last year after three years of marriage – is believed to have grown close to Jack Ashton while the pair have been filming their show’s Christmas special in South Africa.
They recently enjoyed a romantic trip to the Moditlo Lodge wildlife reserve where staff said they appeared to be "very much in love".
A manager at the resort told the Sunday Mirror: "They were here together and seemed very close. They spent quite a lot of time by the pool just chilling, doing nothing and being together."
Helen and Jack’s characters – Nurse Trixie Franklin and Vicar Tom Hereward – have dated on the show.
The couple also took time out from their romantic break to enjoy a trip to an animal rehabilitation centre.
The manager added: "She is very involved in caring about game and wildlife and does a lot of work in secret helping animals.
"They really wanted to see where the animals are rehabilitated and they saw what we do to help animals that need rehabilitation.
Another staff member said: "Helen and Jack saw cheetahs on their first drive. They were very excited. Helen said it was the most wonderful experience of her life."
