Heidi Klum is reportedly looking to buy Jon Bon Jovi’s penthouse in New York City.
The 41-year-old model is keen to snap up the rock star’s home in Manhattan for the impressive price tag of $37.5 million after putting her former marital home in Los Angeles on the market for $25 million in July.
The blonde beauty was recently spotted checking out the property, which is complete with six bedrooms, two fireplaces, two kitchens and stunning views.
The home, which is located in the New Museum building, also has a large screening room and direct entry into the home via an elevator, according to the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column.
The 52-year-old rocker initially put the home on the market for $42 million in 2013 but he has since lowered the asking price after the lack of interest.
It seems the home is perfect for Heidi, who has two daughters, Leni, 10, and Lou, four, and two sons, Henry, eight, Johan, seven, with ex-husband Seal, as her two television shows, ‘Project Runway’ and ‘America’s Got Talent’ are filmed in New York.
Heidi’s current toyboy lover Vito Schnable is also based in New York.
