Hayley Tamaddon reunited with the ‘Coronation Street’ cast at Brooke Vincent’s baby shower.
The 42-year-old actress – who is pregnant with her first child with estate agent partner Adrian – joined her former ITV soap co-stars at the event at Manchester’s Rosso restaurant over the weekend, and revealed she has "missed" being able to have a "good old catch up" with her former cobbles co-stars.
Writing on Twitter, Hayley wrote: "Had such a gorgeous day @BrookeLVincent baby shower.. I got to sit with my Corrie mates who I really miss, and have a good old catch up. Thanks @KatiexMcGlynn for driving me and for the chats! And so lovely to talk all things baby with @jenniemcalpine and @Cath_Tyldesley (sic)"
Brooke – who has played Sophie Webster on the ITV soap since 2004 – is expecting her first child with her footballer boyfriend Kean Bryan.
She was accompanied at the event by her fellow co-star Lucy Fallon (Bethany Platt) and several former Weatherfield favourites including Michelle Keegan (Tina McIntyre), Ryan Thomas (Jason Grimshaw) and Catherine Tyldesley (Eva Price).
This news comes as Brooke previously admitted she has "struggled" with the "day-to-day changes of pregnancy".
Posting on her Instagram Stories, she said: "I really struggled and still do with the day-to-day changes of pregnancy and I want people to know that as much as it’s nice to hear such lovely comments about my pictures that they are professional or I’ve been stood there for 10 mins trying to get a good picture!
"Pregnancy can be so overwhelming especially when you don’t feel amazing and see girls on Instagram looking like they are breezing through it!
"With the pressure of social media, and the natural worries of growing a baby I just want to let you know that I feel ya!!! (sic)"
