Hailey Baldwin has had a "metabolic detox" ahead of New York Fashion Week.
The 19-year-old model is gearing up for a busy few days and has undertaken the cleanse to help "reset her body" before the chaos of the fashion event begins.
Speaking to reporters at the Ugg’s Classic Street campaign launch, she said: "Right now, I’m on a metabolic detox. I’m trying to reset my body before I get into the craziness of all this traveling and running around.
"It’s like a cleanse that you have to do with like protein powder and all this different stuff and you have to eat a certain type of way. I eat healthy regardless but it’s very much more scaled down.
"Sleep is such a big one because I think when you’re travelling so much and you’re running around, you don’t realise how off your body gets."
Meanwhile, Hailey previously admitted she finds the showbiz industry "quite scary".
She said: "Oh boy. This whole industry can be very crazy, it’s very fake and can actually be quite scary at times. But I think the biggest LOL for me was that I was pregnant and engaged to be married."
However, Hailey is lucky to have the support of her father Stephen Baldwin and her uncle Alec Baldwin, who are both actors.
When asked what advice her dad gives her, she said: "To always make sure I’m doing everything I can to take care of myself!
"I guess you could say that people definitely pay more attention to everything I do because of my family."
