Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin were "all smiles" during a recent family outing.
The pair, who announced their separation in March this year, enjoyed a day out shopping in the Hamptons for children’s goods on Friday (26.12.14), and were said to be on very friendly terms.
They stopped at the Naturopathica health spa in East Hampton, where according to a witness, Chris "paid for her spa treatment and left for an hour until Paltrow, clad in sweats and Ugg boots, finished her massage".
What’s more, the insider told the New York Post’s Page Six column that Gwyneth, 42 – who married the Coldplay frontman in 2003 – was texting on her phone when Chris, 37, asked who she was communicating with, to which she replied "Blythe Danner", her mother.
Despite their high-profile separation, the couple – who have two children together, Apple, ten, and eight-year-old son Moses – remain on very good terms.
According to the source, the two were "all smiles" and they left the health spa together.
Shortly after their separation, Chris was spotted dating ‘Hunger Games’ actress Jennifer Lawrence, but the pair have since called off their romance.
Their relationship ended in late October after five months of dating.
