George Ezra announces tour

George Ezra has announced a "top secret" UK and Ireland tour.
The ‘Budapest’ hitmaker has admitted he’s been "fairly quiet" over the past year, but has ensured fans that he’s been working hard on his follow-up to 2014’s ‘Wanted on Voyage’, and has said he will debut many of his new tracks during a special tour which he claims will be "like no other".
Taking to Twitter on Monday (03.04.17) to post a picture of a lengthy note, the 23-year-old singer said: "Hello everybody! There is no need for me to point out the face that I’ve been fairly quiet over the last year. But I’d like to reassure you all that I’ve been beavering away at what will one day be my second record…
"It took a minute to work out what I wanted to write about, and then how to approach the writing and recording process. I don’t want to give too much away regarding the record, but I do want to invite you all to join me on my first tour back.
"With that, I’m chuffed to announce my TOP SECRET UK and Ireland tour! This tour will be like no other that I have done before for many reasons, but mostly because it will be the first time that a lot of brand new songs are played live. We will of course be playing all of the classic Geoff Ezra sing-along numbers too!
"COME AND JOIN US! But don’t let the cat out of the bag, this tour is top secret…
"All the best,
"George X (sic)"
Tickets for all shows will go on sale on Friday (07.04.17) at 9am.

George Ezra’s UK and Ireland tour dates:
May 26 – Limelight, Belfast
May 27 – Millennium Forum, Derry
May 29 – Olympia, Dublin
May 30 – Milk Market, Limerick
June 01 – Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl
