Gemma Merna is ‘too laid back’ for Celebrity Big Brother

Gemma Merna thinks she’s "too laid back" for ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
The former ‘Hollyoaks’ star doesn’t think she’d ever be approached to take part in the controversial reality TV show because she’s not one to deliberately lock horns with her fellow housemates or throw a tantrum.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I don’t know with ‘Big Brother’, they like really controversial people in there don’t they? I think I’m a bit too laid back."
The 32-year-old actress appeared as a panellist on ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ in 2013 and 2014 but believes being locked in the infamous abode for three weeks would be too much for her to handle.
She explained: "I think it would be very hard to be stuck somewhere with people, the jungle is a bit different because you’re in the open."
However, the blonde bombshell is no stranger to reality TV shows as she was a reserve on this year’s ‘The Jump’ and, although she never got called to compete on the winter sports show, she thoroughly enjoyed practicing the daring moves and doesn’t regret training for two weeks in Austria.
She said: "With ‘The Jump’, I would have never gone out to Austria, but I did and I had an amazing time with fabulous people."
She also took part in ‘Splash!’ in 2014 but became the first celebrity to be given the boot after her low dive failed to impress the judges.
