Gemma Collins loves Dancing On Ice partner Matt Evers

Gemma Collins is enjoying every minute of her ‘Dancing On Ice’ rehearsals because her partner Matt Evers totally "gets" her.
The 37-year-old star is busy learning how to skate ahead of the start of the ITV show in January 2019 and she couldn’t be happier to be partnered with American Matt – who has been competing on the ITV show since it began in 2006.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Gemma said: "Training’s going really good, absolutely sensational. Matt’s really lovely, he’s good fun, he gets me, gets it and gets what needs to be done."
The GC isn’t worried about her first routine or the other celebrities taking part and insists she’s hitting the ice to win the entire competition.
She added: "I exceed expectation, I am expectation, it’s the word written after me. I’m Gemma Collins honey, I’m not here to take part, I’m here to take over."
Gemma, 37, has been following a strict ahead of the ‘Dancing On Ice’ live shows and she’s been enjoying the extra energy her healthy meals have been giving her in rehearsals.
She said: "I’m eating healthy, I find that at the minute I’m having just breakfast and lunch rather than dinner, I’m just too shattered in the evening so I just go to bed. I’m loving it, I can’t wait for everyone to see everything that’s on show, that’s going to be on offer."
Away from ‘Dancing On Ice’, Gemma has teamed up with retailer Argos to help shoppers prepare for the store’s Black Friday sale which begins on November 16.
Argos expects Black Friday 2018 to be dominated by mobile shopping after the retailer saw a staggering 79 per cent of online visits from mobile phones and tablets last year and to help get customers’ fingers swipe-ready for the sale, Argos challenged Gemma to take part in the very latest trend to hit the yoga world – hand yoga.
And Gemma admits the therapeutic practice has helped her get ready for her own online bargain hunting.
She said: "Absolutely honey, I’ll be shopping! If I can get a deal, I love a deal!"
