Frankie Bridge ‘too young’ to be a mum

Frankie Bridge feels "too young" to be a parent.

The 25-year-old singer – who has 12-month-old son Parker with husband Wayne Bridge – insists becoming a mother never made her feel any different so she finds it weird when she thinks about all her responsibilities.

She said: "No matter what happens between Wayne and me, Parker will always be there and that’s a nice feeling, it bonds you.

"You think that when you become a parent you’d change but we don’t feel any different – I still feel too young to be a parent. When we look at schools and I’m asked to meet the headmaster I’m like, ‘No thanks.’ "

Frankie married Wayne in July and admits she finds it weird having a husband, insisting her new title of Mrs makes her feel "really old".

She said: "I’ve spent my whole life being called Frankie Sandford and suddenly everyone is calling me Mrs. Bridge and the Mrs makes me feel really old. To say ‘husband’ is even weirder."

The brunette beauty thinks she has "mellowed" since having Parker and is a lot less anxious than she used to be.

She added to OK! magazine: "Parker’s chilled me out, I’m such a worrier and I thought I’d worry about him all the time, but I’ve mellowed. I’m usually such a stresser but I actually went the other way [when I was pregnant], although I did worry before the scans.

"But now he’s here, I only ever worry if he’s unwell."
