Frankie Bridge battles sickness on Strictly Come Dancing

Frankie Bridge has to take motion-sickness tablets before her ‘Strictly Come Dancing performances.

The Saturdays singer is feeling stiff and sore, as well as struggling with nausea when professional partner Kevin Clifton is spinning her around, but gruelling rehearsals have left her feeling fitter than ever.

Talking to OK! magazine, she said: "When I’m spinning, I get really bad motion sickness so I’ll have to take travel sickness tablets.

"Every part of my body aches but my body feels toned and I feel fitter than ever. With touring on top, this is the most exercise I’ve ever done so I’m eating what I want."

The brunette beauty is also excited about changing her look on the show every week thanks to a selection of wigs.

She said: "I tried to be different and have long hair last year but it didn’t really suit me.

"Everyone changes their hair each week on ‘Strictly’ but I can’t, so the hair and make-up guys were like, ‘Oh we have wigs.’ I’m never going to get to wear wigs any other time so I might as well give them a go."
