Frances Bean Cobain came face-to-face with an intruder on Wednesday (30.03.16).
The 23-year-old artist heard a noise at around 7pm while home alone in her Hollywood Hills property and, when she left her bedroom to find out what it was, she saw a guy running out of her front door.
According to TMZ, the suspect escaped without taking anything and Frances immediately called police to investigate.
But the star – who is the daughter of late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain and Hole singer Courtney Love – didn’t recognise the man and police currently don’t have any suspects.
It was recently revealed that Frances has filed for divorce from Isaiah Silva, 31, who she wed in June 2014.
The brunette beauty has reportedly made it clear in the divorce papers that The Eeries musician shouldn’t try to get a hold of any of her late father’s estate, which is said to be worth around $450 million.
However, Frances is thought to have indicated in the documents that she is willing to pay Isaiah spousal support.
The pair have been together for around five years but don’t have any kids.
Frances gained access to a trust fund in August 2010 when she turned 18 which is said to have included 37 per cent of her late father’s estate, following his suicide in 1994 aged 27.
