Fleur East shot video the day before I’m A Celebrity

Fleur East recorded a music video the day before flying to Australia for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’.
The ‘X Factor’ runner-up arrived in Brisbane, Australia on Sunday (11.11.18) for her stint on the reality show – just months after being dropped from Simon Cowell’s Syco record label – and has now revealed that she has a new single coming out, which she shot the video for on Saturday (10.11.18)
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "I like a challenge. I’ve got a new single coming out, I shot the music video and here I am. Rock and roll!"
The 31-year-old singer was a fan favourite during her time on ‘The X Factor’, and ‘I’m A Celeb’ producers are confident viewers of the jungle reality show will warm to her.
A source previously said: "Fleur was one of the most loved ‘X Factor’ contestants in recent years, so she is bound to be a hit with audiences.
"She’s part of the ITV family."
The ‘Sax’ hitmaker hopes going on the show will provide her with the perfect platform to kick-start a re-launch of her career.
The insider added: "Fleur really wants to try to relaunch her music career in early 2019, so she feels like this is a great way to get her name back out there again.
"She knows she has been out of the spotlight for a while but wants people to see who she really is on the show."
Fleur was joined Down Under by ‘Hollyoaks’ actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer, football manager Harry Redknapp and they are expected to be joined by ‘Inbetweeners’ actress Emily Atack.
