Faye Brookes set to star in Seven Dwarfs panto

Faye Brookes is set to star in pantomime ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star – who has played Kate Connor on the cobbles since 2015 – is to appear as the iconic Disney princess in the stage production over the festive period, which looks set to be her first post-cobbles role.
Posting the news on Instagram, Faye said: "Here it is… the official announcement of @brumhippodrome Panto 2019
‘Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs’ Book tickets now; Come join us this Christmas #snowwhite #sing #dance #act #pantomime #birmingham #theatre #qdospantomimes #panto #love (sic)"
This much-anticipated production will also feature Lesley Joseph as the Wicked Queen, Matt Slack as Muddles, ‘The X Factor’ 2009 winner Joe McElderry as The Spirit in the Mirror, Flawless as The Wicked Queen’s Men, Doreen Tipton as The Lady in Waiting and Andrew Ryan as Nurse Nelly.
They will be joined by Josh Bennett, George Coppen, Simeon Dyer, Craig Garner, Lee Hill, Jamie John and Blake Lisle as The Magnificent Seven.
Qdos Entertainment Managing Director, Michael Harrison said in a statement: "Without a doubt this is going to be one of the biggest pantomime line-ups in Hippodrome history.
"Not only do we have an array of fantastic comic actors, brilliant singers and jaw-dropping dancers – we’re also bringing the complete physical production to Birmingham direct from The London Palladium, along with an array of special effects and magic that will have audiences amazed."
Birmingham Hippodrome will host the all-star line-up for the panto, which begins on December 21st until February 2nd 2020.
