The Duchess of Cambridge looked exhausted after a day travelling to New York, but still dolled herself up for a fancy dinner at a plush apartment in the fashionable Gramercy District. The pregnant royal – joined by her husband, Prince William – dined with 30 wealthy supporters of the American Friends of the Royal Foundation, as part of their three-day trip to the Big Apple.
