Emma Willis wants to present ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ host has confessed she would love to take the jobs of current hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman because she is such a huge fan of the BBC One competition, but would also be happy to compete, despite the fact she isn’t much of a mover.
She said: "’Strictly Come Dancing’ is a job that I’d struggle to turn down. I love it. It’s one of the best shows ever – I’d even love to be a contestant, but I’m not a very good dancer so I wouldn’t know where to start!"
The 39-year-old TV star went on to reveal her McBusted husband Matt Willis, 32 – with whom she has Isabelle, six, and Ace, three – would be a much better contestant than her because of his natural talent.
She explained: "He could do ‘Strictly’ because he’s an amazing dancer – every now and then he will bust out a pirouette in the middle of the living room and our daughter will be like: ‘Wow Daddy!’"
However, she insisted she wouldn’t let him take part because she would get too "jealous" of his dance partner.
She confessed to The Sun newspaper: "I don’t want him grinding against hot women. I do get jealous, but I think that’s normal when it’s over the person you love."
