Elliott Wright to sack people in Playa in Marbella

Elliott Wright is set to sack a handful of people from his restaurant Olivia’s in his new show ‘Playa in Marbella’.
The 34-year-old hunk has admitted his new documentary-style show will give viewers an insight into his business venture in Costa Blanca, Spain, but believes his "demanding" approach to being a boss will shock people.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I’m quite demanding boss. I’ve put everything give got into it. I put €1.5 million into the business. I mean you go to a restaurant and you have a bad experience, you’re not going to go back. If you have high standards like I have, they have to be met.
"And you have to remember that they can’t show everything that goes on. So if I fire someone there are probably quite a few reasons that that has happened but you only see that actual thing that’s upset me at that point. I think I’m fair – I’m brutally honest but I’m justified, if I let someone go it’s not just something I’ve decided on a whim.
"You have to be respected as a boss, and the staff I’ve got working with me, some have worked with me for over 15 years so you have to be a good boss."
And, although the new series is yet to hit screens, Elliott is already hoping producers will recommission it.
He said: "Obviously it’s about my life, so if it makes good TV and keeps being successful then we will keep going."
He added with a laugh: "It depends on how much they’re going pay me. They’re a bit tight to be honest with you."
‘Playa in Marbella’ is set to hit screens on July 20 at 9pm.
