Eden Taylor-Draper doesn’t watch Emmerdale

Eden Taylor-Draper doesn’t watch ‘Emmerdale’ because she gets embarrassed to see herself on screen as Belle Dingle.
The 22-year-old actress admits she rarely tunes in to the ITV soap, despite being one of the main characters, because it feels "weird" to see herself acting.
In an interview with Inside Soap magazine, she said: "I don’t often watch myself on the show. I don’t watch ‘Emmerdale’ every night, but I catch up when there’s big stuff, or I see clips on Twitter. If I ever see myself, it’s weird. I don’t really associate it with me."
Eden has starred in the show since 2005 and she admits she has formed close bonds with many of her co-stars, in particular Emma Atkins, who plays Charity Dingle, and Isabel Hodgins and Laura Norton – who portray Victoria Sugden and Kerry Wyatt respectively.
She said: "I hang out with Emma Atkins a lot between scenes, and also with Izzy Hodgins [Victoria] and Laura Norton [Kerry] – I share a dressing room with them, and we sometimes go out for dinner and things like that."
Eden has also revealed the actors she most likes to act opposite on ‘Emmerdale’ and admits that it’s always great fun to get scenes with Tony Audenshaw, Roxy Shahidi and Amy Walsh, whilst James Hooton as Sam Dingle is her favourite Dingle family member to work with.
She said: "The most fun scenes to film are with people like Tony Audenshaw [Bob], because he’s just a legend! I also love scenes with James Hooton as Sam – he’s hilarious. Then I love it when Roxy Shahidi [Leyla] is in with Amy Walsh [Tracy], because they’re just such a laugh together."
