Ed Sheeran gives Taylor Swift’s new man seal of approval

Ed Sheeran has met Taylor Swift’s new boyfriend Joe Alwyn and says he is a "good dude".
The ‘Shape of You’ hitmaker and Taylor are close pals and have toured together and duetted on the track ‘Everything Has Changed’ and he has been introduced to her latest squeeze.
Ed, 26, has got to hang out with Taylor, 27, and Joe, 26, in London and he has given the British actor his seal of approval.
The singer/songwriter was quizzed about Taylor’s new man by Roman Kemp on his Capital London Breakfast Show on Thursday (26.10.17) and he spilled: "She’s been in London quite a bit. He’s (Joe’s) really nice. Really, really friendly, really good dude."
Ed has also been given a sneak peak of Taylor’s upcoming album ‘Reputation’ and admits he’s a fan of her new songs and the videos she’s been making.
He said: "I think the songs are great, I think the visuals, she’s really putting everything in to the visuals as well, the visuals are really impressive. I think people will like the album!"
Ed is currently recovering from a cycling accident which occurred in London in October and left him with a broken left elbow, bust right wrist and damaged ribs and he’s had to rely on his girlfriend Cherry Seaborn to help him bathe and brush his teeth due to the pain he’s in.
Parodying his song ‘Thinking Out Loud’, Ed sang on air: "When your arms don’t work like they used to before, and I can’t even brush my teeth.’ Which is so true, so true."
Roman then asked: "It’s true? You’re struggling to brush your teeth?"
To which Ed replied: "Yeah. Cherry had to brush my teeth … She’s a good woman."
Roman, 24, then urged his guest to marry Cherry if she’s prepared to nurse him back to health, saying: "Cherry had to brush your teeth?! Mate, put a ring on that man. I mean she’s bathing you, she’s brushing your teeth."
Music fans can tune into the Capital London Breakfast Show with Roman Kemp, weekdays 6am – 10am and Saturdays 6am – 9am.
