EastEnders cast are keeping in touch amid lockdown

The cast of ‘EastEnders’ are doing their best to stay in touch with each other amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The BBC soap stopped filming in March due to the health crisis, and Stevie Basaula – who plays Isaac Baptiste on the show – has revealed the cast have remained in contact with each other during the pandemic.
He said: "I’ve been speaking to some of the cast. We communicate of a weekly basis. I
"I speak to Zack Morris quite a lot, we’ve become really cool friends and Milly Zero, we live not too far away from each other so we send each other messages.
"Suzette sends me a message every now and then, it’s really nice to check in on people and for people to check in on me."
Stevie also revealed he’s been keeping himself fit and watching a lot of TV whilst he’s been in lockdown.
He told Metro.co.uk: "I try to train when I can in the morning, training is really important to me, I think it just helps to keep me in a good mental space.
"If I do train in the morning I find that I have a better day. I try and not put too much pressure on myself to be creative, I’m just trying to enjoy.
"Been binging a lot of TV which is always useful. Just keep taking each day as it comes, going with the flow. Understanding that there is going to be bad days, but understanding what makes the good days good so I can turn the bad ones around."
