Dr. Dre to buy Gisele’s $50million LA mansion

Dr. Dre is buying Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s $50million Los Angeles mansion.
The rapper and producer, who is in talks to sell his Beats Electronics business to Apple for a rumoured $3.2billion, has been busy looking for a new property and has his eye on the impressive custom-built home in Brentwood.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Dre put an offer on the mansion as soon as it came on the market, and is a few weeks away from closing."
Insiders claim the star made an offer near the $50million asking price for the 14,000-square-foot property, which boasts six bedrooms, a fully-equipped gym, library, infinity pool and even a moat and waterfall.
Gisele and Tom reportedly forked out $40 million over the space of four years to build their dream home but plan to relocate to Boston permanently, where they’re busy constructing yet another massive 14,300 square-foot mansion over five acres of land.
The supermodel and NFL star – who have a four-year-old son, Benjamin, together – also recently splashed out on a $14million apartment in New York City.
Dre, 49, recently joked about the Forbes list of the richest stars in hip-hop, which placed him at number two behind Puff Daddy, saying: "They need to update the Forbes list. S**t just changed."
In a video which was posted on actor Tyrese Gibson’s Facebook page, Dre added: "The first billionaire in hip-hop, right here from the motherf***king West Coast", before later deleting the post.
