Dr Alex George to do Celebs Go Dating next year?

Dr Alex George is in talks to do ‘Celebs Go Dating’ next year.
The ‘Love Island’ star – who failed to find a girlfriend while in the sun-soaked villa over the summer – is having meetings with bosses of the E4 dating show at the moment as he thinks gurus Nadia Essex and Paul Carrick Brunson could help him bag The One after he found out his co-star Eyal Booker had signed up to this year.
A source told The Sun Online: "Alex is desperate to find the right woman for him and thinks ‘Celebs Go Dating’ would be the perfect place for this to happen.
"He was jealous when he saw Eyal was going on the show. He thinks the matchmakers would be able to line up the right woman for him.
"He likes natural looking women with lots to talk about and after failing to find the right woman in ‘Love Island’, he thinks Nadia and Paul could help.
"Bosses aren’t taking any more people on for this series and filming is underway but he’s desperate for a chance to get on the show and shine."
The 27-year-old A&E doctor has made no secret of the fact he wants to return to his hospital work but, in the meantime, is lapping up his television success.
The unlucky-in-love star has been asked to fill in for Dr Hilary on the medical segment on ‘This Morning’ next week while he is away on holiday.
He said: "So next week, Dr Hilary is away, the fantastic Dr Hilary.
"So I’m very excited to say that I am going to be stepping into his very big shoes next week, for a week. I’m really look forward to it.
"I’m very passionate about my job, I love medicine. I love health and wellbeing. I’m really excited to have that opportunity to talk about topics I love."
