Dog the Bounty Hunter’s wife is set to join ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
Beth Chapman – the wife of American crime fighting star Duane Lee ‘Dog’ Chapman – has reportedly agreed to spend three weeks trapped inside the infamous house when the Channel 5 show returns to television screens for another explosive series later this month.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Getting Beth for the new series is a real coup for Channel 5. As reality stars go, she’s one of the world’s most recognisable, and she’s guaranteed to make great telly. She catches criminals for a living, she’s not going to tolerate any z-lister hissy fits and egos from her new housemates."
The 48-year-old blonde is rumoured to rub shoulders with the likes of Azealia Banks, Girl’s Aloud’s Sarah Harding, actress Helen Flanagan, Big Narstie, Katie Waissel and Stephen Bear inside the house, although the official line-up is yet to be announced by broadcaster.
However, one person who will no doubt give Beth a run for her money is ‘Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson.
A source said recently: "’Geordie Shore’ members are used to being filmed drinking, rowing and even having sex so they are perfect to create explosive TV."
And bosses are hoping the 24-year-old beauty will have no qualms about getting hot and heavy between the sheets with a hunky contestant following her split from Aaron Chalmers.
The insider explained: "Marnie is currently single again so there’s a chance she could find love in the house. She is a stunning girl and the producers know that it wouldn’t be hard to find a young lad who would fall for her."
‘Celebrity Big Brother’ is set to hit screens on July 28 at 9pm.
