Demi Lovato thinks Mariah Carey’s comments are ‘nasty’

Demi Lovato thinks Mariah Carey’s comments are "nasty".
The 23-year-old American singer has slammed the ‘Hero’ hitmaker – who previously claimed she didn’t know who Jennifer Lopez was and had never met the ‘Ain’t Your Mama’ musician – for the way she "constantly disses" people.
The ‘Cool for the Summer’ vocalist shared her views of the 46-year-old powerhouse on social media when she commented on a meme, which paralleled Mariah to Ariana Grande, 22, with the caption "When you order it online vs when it arrives".
Demi wrote underneath the post: "You got it the wrong way around honey (sic)."
She added: "Mariah is a legend and is so talented but constantly disses people. It’s nasty the way she treats Jennifer. Ari did nothing wrong. (sic)."
However, the mother of two – who has twin children Monroe and Moroccan, both five years old with ex-husband Nick Cannon – believes the comment she made previously was taken out of context.
Speaking previously the 46-year-old pop legend said: "That was so long ago, I can’t believe people make such a big deal out of it.
"You know what? I’m very forgetful. Apparently, I’m forgetful because I don’t remember the fact that it was just like, ‘Hi, I’m so and so.’ And then move on, and then ‘Hi’ and that’s it. If I had never had a conversation with you and someone asked me about you I’d be like ‘I don’t know him but he seems cool’ or ‘I don’t know him’."
And Mariah is not willing to "pretend" she has a close friendship with the musician when she doesn’t.
She explained: "I don’t know her, what am I supposed to say? I’m not going to put on a thing going ‘Oh we’re all Hollywood and let’s just pretend we’re all best friends because we’re in that land.
"It’s no offence to anybody.
"And then they asked me another question and I was like ‘I don’t really know her’, it wasn’t like ‘I don’t know who she is’, of course I do. That wasn’t the question."
