Davina McCall has "never experienced pain" like her latest abs workout.
The 47-year-old presenter has again teamed with her personal trainer Ed Lumsden for fitness DVD ‘Davina 7 Minute Fit: Part Two’, and though she was initially "dubious" as to whether the short routines would be effective, she is thrilled by the results she’s achieved.
Davina – whose new DVD will retail exclusively through QVC – said: "I was a bit dubious that 7 minutes would work at first but Ed is very strict with me on technique. We all have issues with our tummy region and this abs session is a killer. I’ve never experienced pain like it. But once you’ve advanced through it you can do another seven minutes and once you know it, you’ve done 14 minutes. I can do a 28 minutes now."
And the ‘Million Pound Drop’ star – who launched the DVD by leading a workout in Chiswick Park today (07.07.15) – feels more confident when she is feeling fit.
She added: "I love that when you work out and get fit, there’s a confidence that comes within."
