Danny Dyer warns Dani to get own career without Jack Fincham

Danny Dyer has warned Dani Dyer she needs to forge her own TV career without Jack Fincham.
The 41-year-old actor is delighted ‘Love Island’ winners Dani, 21 and Jack, 26, have won this year’s show but the ‘EastEnders’ star has suggested his daughter and her new boyfriend need to go their own ways without promoting themselves as a couple.
In an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper, Danny said: "There are going to be some very exciting projects coming up for her.
"They have to live their own lives, I don’t think they should come out as a double act."
And Danny pointed out how previous contestants, who includes the likes of Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes – who had their own spin-off show, ‘Crackin’ On’ – have worked together but seen fortunes change when their romances ended.
He added: "They are a double act, but it hasn’t lasted too well for previous contestants to go, ‘Oh let’s be a double act’. They haven’t lasted four months, have they?
"You’ve got to concentrate individually on their own careers and hope the relationship follows with them."
‘The Business’ actor gave Jack his seal of approval and hailed him a "proper geezer" when he appeared on the ITV2 reality show on Sunday (29.07.18) evening via a surprise video call to the couple.
Danny added: "Look at him, look at him. Look at his little face. Do you know what Jack, listen. Proper geezer, gotta say. I’ll tell you what I love about you, I love the fact you got a little Derby. You got so much charisma. Takes a brave man to bowl into that gaff, them all ‘abbed up’, proper geezer. Honestly mate, we’re so over the moon."
