Danny Dyer: Anniversary episode is full throttle

Danny Dyer has teased that the identity of the character who will be killed off in the 35th anniversary episode of ‘EastEnders’ will be a "real shock" for viewers.
The BBC One soap celebrates the momentous date later this year and Danny, who plays Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter, insists the special instalment is an action-packed "full throttle" episode that will leave the audience stunned.
Speaking to RadioTimes.com, Danny, 42, said: "(They’re) some of the best episodes (‘EastEnders’ has) ever filmed.
"(The victim) was a real shock to everyone, honestly … It’s really powerful stuff, and we’re trying to get a message across, and sometimes when you do that, you’ve really got to go full throttle with it."
The incident will happen during a boat party on the River Thames, as the Carter family host their friends and loved ones on board in celebration of their recent ‘Best Pub’ award.
One rumoured victim is Bex Fowler, as actress Jasmine Armfield is quitting the show after six years.
Jasmine recently hinted that her character could have a watery grave, describing her exit as "dramatic" and "wet".
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Anything could happen! It’s ‘EastEnders’, anything could happen. I don’t want to give any spoilers but it’s possible."
When asked about her final scenes, Jasmine teased: "Dramatic, wet and… tune in! I’m so bad at this."
Other characters who could be greeted by the Grim Reaper include Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).
