Dani Dyer tried to keep famous dad Danny Dyer a secret

Dani Dyer didn’t want her ‘Survival of the Fittest’ co-stars to know her dad is Danny Dyer.
The 21-year-old bartender was forced to leave the ITV2 reality show after painfully dislocating her shoulder during one of the challenges set on her very first day this weekend.
However, she will be glad to be remembered for leaving the South African wild as quickly as she entered, because she admitted she didn’t want her fellow contestants to know that she is the daughter of ‘EastEnders’ star Danny Dyer, despite sharing similar monikers.
In an interview with The Sun newspaper conducted before she entered the show, she said: "I don’t want anyone to know. I haven’t had that since school with girls when they get a bit bitter and I’m hoping I don’t have it here either. This is a completely different opportunity for me. I want to be on the same level as everyone. Hopefully they don’t find out."
Dani also revealed she had been training hard for the competition – which sees boys and girls battle it out in a variety of challenges before the public decides who to axe – and even cut out carbs before heading to South Africa.
She said: "I dieted so much in January and now all I want is prawn crackers. I have been training loads. I have always been quite active. I like to do body pump classes and spinning. I try to be Ariana Grande but it doesn’t work. Every girl wants to change something but there’s so much more food I wish I had eaten."
But Dani’s diet was unneeded, as she crashed out of the competition after she slipped headfirst down a waterslide while filming a challenge and dislocated her shoulder.
The beauty was treated on set at first before being whisked to hospital on Saturday (10.02.18) afternoon, just one day after setting foot in the South African wild.
An ITV spokesperson said: "Dani injured her shoulder during the recording of a challenge. She was attended to by on site medics and taken to hospital as a precautionary measure. As ‘Survival Of The Fittest’ involves physical challenges which she wouldn’t be able to take part in, Dani isn’t in a position to be able to return to The Lodge and will therefore leave the show."
