Cruz Beckham won’t charge for meet and greets

Cruz Beckham won’t charge fans for meet and greets after his upcoming concerts.

The 20-year-old musician and his band The Breakers will embark on a UK tour later this year before moving on to gigs in Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin and Cruz can’t wait to catch up with his fans after the shows.

When asked by a fan on Instagram: “So meet and greets are going to be going on sale?”, he replied: “I’m not gonna make you pay to hang out with me, I’ll always stay as long as I can after shows, can’t wait to meet everyone.

“This is the reason why gigging first was so important to me. Get to know you guys. See which songs are your favourite, Grow with you. Learn with you. See you soon!”

Many of the tour venues sold out within a day of tickets going on sale and Cruz has also revealed his new single will be released later this month.

He shared on Instagram: “Tickets to the For Your Love tour on sale now, quite obviously song will follow. This song is so special to me, I can’t believe it’s yours on the 13th.”

Last year it was revealed that Cruz had struck up a friendship and a writing partnership with The Kooks frontman Luke Pritchard.

Luke told The Sun: “He has really good taste in music. We chat about early Bee Gees – there aren’t many people I can do that with.

“We started writing songs together and we’ve become mates. I’d just love to help him navigate [a career in music].

“He’s naturally going to come under criticism because of who his parents are. He’s aware of that.

“It was great when he said ‘Jesus was a nepo baby too.’ I thought that was quite a funny response.”

Cruz released his first single If Every Day Was Christmas when he was just 11 years old.

He was previously signed to TaP Music Management but reportedly joined forces with C3 last year, who have worked with The Strokes and Thirty Seconds To Mars.

A source told The Sun: “His move from TaP was amicable but he’s signed with C3 who manage rock bands like Thirty Seconds to Mars and Modest Mouse.

“They are more in line with where his music is evolving. Playing live is going to be a big part of the roll-out of his music and Cruz and his new team want to be sure it’s perfect before he launches.”
