Craig Revel Horwood confirms Strictly Come Dancing judges

Craig Revel Horwood has confirmed all four ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judges are returning for the new series.
The 52-year-old choreographer is looking forward to getting back on the panel alongside fellow original judge Bruno Tonioli, ballet dancer Darcey Bussell, and Shirley Ballas, who joined as head judge in place of Len Goodman in 2017.
He let slip during an interview with the Daily Express newspaper: "Yes, same judges. Shirley is back with us, which will be great.
"Bruno is back and being more Italian than ever. And of course the fabulous Darcey Bussell.
"I think it is a great team and it was really good last year, I can’t wait to get back into it."
However, a spokesperson for the BBC refused to confirm Craig’s comments.
They simply said: "The full judges line-up will be announced in due course."
Meanwhile, Craig has been given a "new lease of life" after undergoing a second hip replacement operation and is well on the road to recovery.
He said: "I’ll be dancing about in a couple of weeks.
"I’m doing aqua aerobics every day. The op was a huge success. I’m now double titanium, which is fantastic. I had to deal with pain for eight months but now I am pain-free with a new lease of life.
"I was in the West End doing ‘Annie’, dancing to ‘Easy Street’ in heels and corset. It was agonising."
Craig’s panel news came after Shirley previously admitted she wasn’t sure whether or not she’d be asked back as she initially had a mixed response from viewers.
She said: "I’ve had the most spectacular time. There have been some things to get used to like Twitter and the press. But generally I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every minute of being on the show. As of yet, nothing has been decided. So we will wait and see…
"I’m quite a perfectionist. When I first came on and I had to judge the first show, it was terrifying. I take my job extremely seriously. You are totally under scrutiny. I go from week to week. I’m married to what I do. I think I did pretty good. I would probably give myself ‘seven’. In anything you do there is room for improvement."
