Corrie’s Fiz and Tyrone to have kids taken off them?

Coronation Street’s Fiz Stape and Tyrone Dobbs are to have their kids taken away from them.
The couple – played by Jennie McAlpine and Alan Halsall – will be left devastated when Fiz’s daughter Hope (Isabella Flanagan) and Tyrone’s kid Ruby (Macy Alabi) is taken into care while the pair are investigated for alleged abuse after calculated nanny Jade Rowan (Lottie Henshall) reports them.
A TV insider said: "The couple will be completely blindsided by having their children taken off them and at a loss as to how it could have happened.
"But it is actually Jade that has reported them to social services for allegedly abusing Hope and Tyrone’s daughter, Ruby.
"They are taken away from the couple while an investigation into the claims is carried out."
While the new year storyline will see the pair facing an uncertain 2020, Jade will disappear only for Tyrone’s grandmother Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) to try to track her down.
The insider added to The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: "In the meantime Fiz and Tyrone face 2020 wondering what happened to their family."
This comes just days after Jennie admitted ‘Coronation Street’ viewers have been approaching her in the street to warn her about cobbles character Jade.
She said: "People keep coming up to me in the street and saying, ‘You’ve got to watch her, she’s after your Tyrone!’
"’Ooh, there’s something not right about Jade!’ "
While the soap star admitted her alter-ego doesn’t see any issue with Jade – who has been helping care for Hope – Tyrone’s grandmother Evelyn doesn’t trust her "at all".
Jennie added: "Evelyn does not like Jade at all, she says there is something funny about her. But Fiz sees nothing funny about Jade, she just sees this amazing girl who her daughter responds to.
"Hope is so much better when she is around Jade and that is all Fiz wants."
