Coleen Nolan confirms Jake Roche and Jesy Nelson have split

Jesy Nelson and Jake Roche have officially split, the Rixton frontman’s mother Coleen Nolan has revealed.
The 51-year-old TV personality was appearing as a panellist on all-female discussion show ‘Loose Women’ on Monday (05.12.16) and finally broke her silence on her son’s break-up from the Little Mix beauty and admitted their engagement is off, but the pair have remained "friends" and the separation has been "amicable".
During a talk about marriage, Coleen said: "With Jake and Jesy when they first got engaged, instantly all the press – everyone was asking me, ‘When’s the wedding?’ There’s so much pressure on relationships."
Fellow panellist Ruth Langsford then enquired: "Have they actually split up?"
To which Coleen answered: "Yeah. But it’s kind of amicable and they’re dealing with it really well and they’re both good friends. It’s a lot to handle when you are young."
Although Coleen insists Jesy and Jake have parted on good terms, the ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ hitmaker shared her best break-up advice at the weekend, claiming "crying it out" is the best way to get over a broken heart.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola, she shared: "You have to go through the stages of just crying it out. Be around your friends and having that support and then you get yourself out and you mingle."
