Cobie Smulders is expecting her second child.
The ‘Avengers’ actress and her actor husband, Taran Killam, are set to welcome their second child into the world next year.
A spokesperson for the couple, who already have daughter Shaelyn Cado, five, confirmed the happy news to PEOPLE.com.
The former ‘How I Met Your Mother’ star, 32, and Taran, also 32, celebrated their second anniversary last month, following their star-studded wedding at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in Solvang, California in September 2012, where guests included Alyson Hannigan and Neil Patrick Harris.
The brunette beauty, who has two movies slated for release next year, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ and Results’, admitted in the past that motherhood was "the best."
Shortly after giving birth to Shaelyn, the ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ star said: "I think I sleep an average of four hours a night now, so it’s just like functioning on fumes sometimes. But it’s the best."
Cobie and Taran got engaged in 2009 and although she kept details of his proposal private, she previously said it was very romantic.
Asked how he popped the question, she said: "That’s personal, but it was very romantic, I’ll tell you that much."
