Christine Lampard not fazed by impending motherhood

Christine Lampard is feeling "relaxed" about becoming a mother.
The 39-year-old presenter is expecting her first child with husband Frank Lampard and she’s not worried about how much a baby will change their lives because their careers have meant she and the Derby County manager have grown used to readjustment over the years.
She said: "I am looking forward to baby time and that new chapter really. I am very excited.
"I’m relatively relaxed. Because of what I do and what my husband does, we are always open to change.
"We have been all over the place and have moved about 20 times during our relationship.
"You have to be adaptable but as long as your foundations don’t change too much, you can work around everything.
"I wish sometimes I was more of a planner but I don’t seem to have that gene in me.
"People are telling me, and I would like to think I’m like that anyway, to do my best to relax into it and don’t put too much pressure on myself."
Christine is already step-mother to Frank’s daughters Luna and Isla, and though she’s been in their lives since they were four and two, that hasn’t helped much when preparing for a baby.
She told HELLO! magazine: "They are 13 and 11 now, so I’ve been through the toddler years, the primary and secondary school bit, and teenagers are around the corner but the baby years are all new to me.
"I’ll take it day by day really, like every other new mum."
But the ‘Loose Women’ star knows there’s lots of people around her who she can go to if she has any questions.
She said: "One of my close friends is due two weeks before me and my old boss is due two days after me.
"We are all asking questions, me more than anyone.
"I have a sister, parents, a good network."
