Chris Martin’s ‘wonderful’ divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow

Chris Martin has described his separation-divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow as "wonderful".
The Coldplay frontman who divorced the blonde beauty – with whom he has children Apple, 11, and Moses, nine – admits that despite being legally separated from the actress, since 2014, he appreciates the amicable relationship he still has with his ex.
He explained: "It’s always out there in the media, but I have a very wonderful separation-divorce. I’ve lived a lot since then. It’s a divorce, but it’s a weird one."
The ‘Iron Man’ star and ‘Hymn For The Weekend’ hitmaker had a rocky relationship for some time before they split and it was on Coldplay’s 2011 tour that it really hit Chris.
He told The Sunday Times newspaper: "We’d just come off this massive stadium tour for [2011’s] ‘Mylo Xyloto’. Finishing a big tour like that, there’s a weird hollowness at the end of it. You’ve got two years of being needed every night, a lot of energy coming at you, then it’s all gone and you have to see what’s happening in your personal life. So a lot of things we’re just … not there."
After the couple parted ways the 39-year-old rocker decided straight away the right way to deal with the breakdown in his marriage was to not blame anyone and to focus on making a positive future for his family.
On how he dealt with it, he said: "You can come it at very aggressively and blame and blame. Or you can put yourself in the garage, so to speak. Take yourself apart and clean off the bits. Reassemble."
