Chris Brown has sold two of his properties for more than $3 million.
The ‘Loyal’ hitmaker – who was released from jail earlier this month after serving 108 days for violating his probation stemming from his assault on Rihanna in 2009 – has found buyers for his Hollywood Hills mansion and his penthouse condo in West Hollywood.
A real estate insider told gossip website TMZ.com that the 25-year-old star has finally sold his condo – which he bought for $1.6 million in 2011 – for the same price after putting it on the market in 2012.
The singer has also offloaded his larger three-bedroom home that he bought for $1.5 million in 2011.
Chris decided to sell the house in November after other residents complained to city officials in Los Angeles about the brightly coloured monsters and graffiti he painted on the exterior walls, and he was forced to cover it up.
The insider said that Chris would be lucky to break even on the sale following his real estate fees.
The ‘Fine China’ hitmaker put an offer on a plush beachside property in Malibu late last year, but it is not known if it was accepted.
A source said at the time: "Chris wrote an offer on a house in Malibu in an exclusive, gated community where a bunch of other high-profile celebrities live."
