Chloe Madeley has replaced Ola Jordan on ‘The Jump’.
The 27-year-old beauty has signed on for the upcoming second series of the reality show after the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional was forced to pull out after suffering a serious leg injury during training, Channel 4 has confirmed.
Chloe – who is the daughter of TV presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – will now go up against a number of celebrities including former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star Joey Essex, JLS singer J.B. Gill and ex-professional rugby player Mike Tindall in the winter sports contest, which kicks off in Austria next month.
The fitness fanatic has taken part in reality TV in the past when she came in third place on ITV’s now defunct ‘Dancing on Ice’ in 2011, although series one contestant Laura Hamilton insists her experience on the ice skating show gave her no advantage on the ski slopes.
Meanwhile, Ola was scheduled to go under the knife today (06.01.14) in a bid to save her dancing career after injuring herself during preparation for the show.
Taking to her Twitter account on the weekend, she said: "Had a good Physio session today. They said I’m ready for my operation Tuesday. Fingers crossed everything goes well. Xxx (sic)"
