Cheryl Tweedy opens up about motherhood struggles

Cheryl Tweedy says motherhood has impacted on her beauty regime.
The 34-year-old singer gave birth to her first child Bear – who she has with her partner Liam Payne – in March this year, and the brunette beauty has revealed since then her daily skincare routine has "gone out of the window" and she has had no time to apply any make-up products at all in the last five months.
Speaking about parenthood on ITV’s ‘This Morning’, which will be aired on Wednesday (13.09.17), the ‘Fight For This Love’ hitmaker said: "Since becoming a mam, my beauty regime has actually gone out of the window."
And Cheryl – who was the brand ambassador for Eylure’s false eyelashes, as well as L’Oreal – has revealed not only did she have the time to sit in front of the mirror to perfect her aesthetic, but she doesn’t consider wearing make-up to be "practical" when she is caring for her child every minute of every day.
She added: "When you are taking care of a baby 24/7 it’s just not practical" to always look perfectly made up."
But the Girls Aloud band member has revealed only recently has she found the time to apply cosmetics to her face, although she finds it "strange" looking at herself all "made up".
She explained: "It’s just been recently that I’ve had time to start applying it again and it’s been lovely actually. I went out for dinner a few weeks ago and it was strange to see myself made up again but lovely at the same time."
And Cheryl’s 24-year-old partner is already keen to expand their family and is "completely" up for having a second child instead of marriage.
Speaking previously about the couple’s future family plans, the ‘Strip That Down’ solo artist – who was known for being in the boy band One Direction – said: "I would probably say, if you pushed me, a baby. The options are definitely open for me on having another baby. Bear is the best creation I’ve ever made so I welcome the idea completely.
"I don’t know how many I would like – but not too many. I’ve been told that two is like having 20. You need to have that time between them."
