Charlie Sheen’s ex granted temporary restraining order

Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancée has allegedly been granted a temporary restraining order against the actor.
A judge at a Superior Court in Los Angeles reportedly approved the order on Friday (08.04.16) after Brett Rossi – who dated the star in 2013 and 2014 – claimed the former ‘Two and a Half Men’ star had allegedly threatened her life.
She also claimed the 50-year-old actor had kicked her to the ground in January 2014 and attempted to choke her to the point she almost lost consciousness a few months later.
Brett’s lawyer David Ring told Us Weekly in a statement: "The court recognised the serious nature of Mr. Sheen’s threats and extended the protective order. Mr. Sheen now has to respond to the protective order. Ms. Ross continues to cooperate with law enforcement to ensure her safety."
The restraining order forbids Charlie from making contact with his former lover and states he must stay at least 100 yards from her, her home, her place of work and her car.
A hearing to extend the temporary restraining order has been set for April 28 in Santa Monica, California.
The court order comes just a few days after the police in Los Angeles confirmed they’d launched a criminal investigation into the claims made by Brett – whose real name is Scottine Ross – against the star as part of her civil lawsuit, in which she states Charlie assaulted her, battered her and failed to tell her he was HIV-positive before sleeping with her.
