Carly Rae Jepsen on ‘crazy’ shoot with Justin Bieber

Carly Rae Jepsen found it "crazy" when Justin Bieber surprised her on the set of her music video.

The 29-year-old singer has revealed standing between the ‘Baby’ popstar and Tom Hanks on set for the music video for ‘I Really Like You’ was a "lovely moment".

Speaking about filming the popular clip with the pair of stars, she said: "It was incredible. It was freezing cold, but that’s about the only complaint I have. Tom Hanks was fantastic. The whole crew we had were in such great spirits, so I think all of us were over the moon to be working with him.

"Having Justin come down last minute was a wonderful surprise – it made everything seem that much trippier. It was a lovely moment to look on my left and see Justin and then look at my right and see Tom – it was so crazy."

The ‘Big’ actor and the ‘Never Say Never’ hitmaker aren’t the only two celebrities that Carly has been hanging out with for her ‘E.MO.TION’ album, as the ‘Call Me Maybe’ singer recently announced she has recorded a "girl anthem" with Sia.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Carly said: "Sia’s fantastic and there’s a song that we worked on together with Greg Kurstin that I’m pretty excited to share. It’s got a very ’80s flair to it, it’s kind of girl anthem-y, I think we were going for that."
