Cara De La Hoyde had 20-week scan alone due to coronavirus

Cara De La Hoyde’s husband Nathan Massey wasn’t allowed to attend their 20-week scan, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 29-year-old reality star – who has two-year-old son Freddie-George with Nathan – is expecting her second child, and while her significant other wasn’t allowed to attend the scan due to social distancing, she felt "at ease and safe" at the ultrasound.
She shared a snap of her scan on her Instagram account, and added the caption: "So yesterday I have my 20 week scan, I can honestly say the whole experience was so calm and the nurses are amazing I wore gloves but I felt totally at ease & safe. If you have a scan coming up please don’t worry the hospitals are really doing everything they can to relax you (sic)"
Nathan stayed at home with Freddie-George, as midwives have asked partners not to attend the scans to encourage social distancing in the waiting rooms.
In the comments, a fan asked Cara if her husband had taken her to the hospital, and she replied: "No but honestly when I was their I could understand why, I had 2 ladies spread out in the waiting area with me, it makes it less crowded with no one around. Ino it’s rubbish but it does make sense x (sic)"
The ‘Love Island’ 2016 winners – who tied the knot in June last year – revealed their happy pregnancy news last month with their social media followers.
Sharing a family portrait from a magazine shoot on their respective Instagram accounts, Cara could be seen kissing their son.
The couple said: "We are so excited to let you know our very nappy news in the latest @new_magazine.
