The former ‘Great British Bake Off’ winner took to Twitter on Wednesday night (31.10.18) to share a picture of the cute canine after she travelled all the way to the Many Tears Rescue centre in Carmarthen, South Wales, to pick up her new four-legged friend named Albus.
