Caitlyn Jenner causes I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmates to get star deducted after smuggling food

Caitlyn Jenner caused the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ camp to get a star deducted from their total after she smuggled food into camp.
Comedian Andrew Maxwell won 10 out of a possible 12 stars for camp during Tuesday’s (26.11.19) Bush Tucker Trial, but when meal time came, the celebrities were informed they would only be getting nine meals, because of Caitlyn’s deeds on Monday’s (25.11.19) show.
The 70-year-old reality star was seen smuggling a corn on the cob back to main camp for Ian Wright, after the ex-footballer – alongside Cliff Parisi and Andy Whyment – were forced to miss out on the roast dinner feast the other nine celebrities enjoyed after Sunday’s (24.11.19) live trial.
After getting the news, Ian said: "If I knew they were going to punish us I’d have ate it out in the open."
And Caitlyn added: "It’s a little disappointing that it went from ten stars to nine stars because of smuggling. I honestly can’t imagine anyone in this group smuggling food. I mean how low do you have to go?"
‘Coronation Street’ star Andy commented that no-one had smuggled food for him, but admitted he was pleased when camp chefs Myles Stephenson and Nadine Coyle began cooking up their dinner.
He said: "I’m going to call it Smuggle-gate. I was kind of disappointed at first but once Myles started chopping stuff up and putting it into the pot we realised how much food we had and we were all absolutely made up."
The camp’s meal consisted of gem fish, wild cabbage, lions mane, chokos, heirlooms, and longan for dessert.
The meal was served after Andrew bagged 10 of a possible 12 stars during his trial, which was named The Ark of Agony.
The trial saw the comedian make his way through several small animal enclosures, each of which contained keys to bigger enclosures, where the stars were located.
Speaking after the trial, he said: "[The goanna] was hissing at me. I had no idea how to approach one but I’ll be proud to be able to come back into the camp and give them the news that we’ve got 10."
