Bruno Mars teases new single with Sexyy Red

Bruno Mars has teased his next single will feature Sexyy Red.

The ‘Treasure’ hitmaker, 39, recently collaborated with Lady Gaga on ‘Die With A Smile’ and with ROSÉ on ‘APT.’, though Bruno has now hinted he will be working with the 26-year-old rapper on his next single.

Taking to Instagram, the ‘Finesse’ singer posted a picture of himself with Sexyy Red and added the caption: “Found her!”

The post also seemingly included a snippet of the track, with Sexyy Red calling: “Yeah, it’s Sexyy. Hey Bruno!”

While no release date was revealed, fans have been speculating the track will land tomorrow (24.01.25) and will be titled, ‘Fat, Juicy and Wet’.

Earlier this week, Bruno teased the upcoming song would be a “strip club anthem” and hinted it could feature Sexyy Red.

He posted on social media: “THANK YOU ALL! I’m headed to the studio right now to make a strip club anthem so I can celebrate and properly act up this weekend.

“Someone please help me get in touch with Sexyy Red!”

This comes as Mars and Lady Gaga’s ‘Die With A Smile’ has secured a third consecutive week at the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

At the time of the song’s August 2024 release, Bruno said it was “an honour” to have had the opportunity to work with the ‘Poker Face’ chart-topper.

He said in a statement: “Getting to work with Gaga has been an honour. She’s an icon and she makes the song magical. I’m so excited for everyone to hear it.”

Gaga revealed it was the ‘24K Magic’ singer that had approached her about making a track together.

She said: “Bruno and I have a lot of mutual respect for each other and were talking about collaborating. I was finishing my own album in Malibu and one night after a long day he asked me to come to his studio to hear something he was working on.

“It was around midnight when I got there and I was blown away when I heard what he had started making. We stayed up all night and finished writing and recording the song.

“Bruno’s talent is beyond explanation. His musicianship and vision is next level. There’s no one like him.”
